What is your job title at NMR? Describe what you do. 

Software Developer II.  I build custom solutions to help automate and improve business processes.

How long have you been with NMR? 

3 years 4 months.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Helping other software developers to work through problems that arise, developing creative solutions to resolve new issues and constantly learning new things.

What made you choose to work at NMR?

I was burned out/at the end of the contract where I worked previously and a friend I worked with in Florida told me about the position and that it was a great contract to work on.

What are some of the most rewarding aspects of your job? 

Constant changing requirements when building a solution.

What are some job challenges that you face? 

Customer constraints are typically the most difficult aspects of work - providing solutions that are within budgets, utilize existing, available, and attainable technologies, and are cyber secure.  

What makes NMR different from your past workplaces? 

NMR is a smaller company than others I have worked for, but I feel like they care about their employees and have built a great team.

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work? 

Spending time with my husband and kids, reading

I don’t have a specific song on repeat, but I do have the Country, Fallout Boy, Panic! At the Disco, Imagine Dragons and Instrumental radio stations on pandora radio set to shuffle.
